The legend tells that Donn Beach invented the Zombie cocktail to help a customer to dispose of a hangover
before a business meeting. Some days later the customer came back and he complained that the drink had
turned him in a zombie, in fact its smooth and fruity taste hides the drink alcoholic content. For this reason
Donn Beach limited the sale of the cocktail to no more than two drinks per person.

american mixology, when customers began to ask for more elaborated drinks than usual Punch. Customers
often worked in the mines and beyond the gold panning they looked for a cold and refresching cocktail.
